I’ve been passionate about sports for as long as I can remember, and ever since taking up martial arts at a young age I knew that it was something that I always wanted to be involved with.

Biography:

I began taking inspiration from some of the greatest figures at the top of their game in all kinds of sports and noticed a common trait that they all seemed to have, which was an unstoppable mindset.

Over time I began to realise that raw talent often wasn’t enough, it was how you applied yourself on a regular basis. It became clear to me that persistency and consistency was enough to beat natural talent, and as my journey continued it became a goal of mine to educate people of this and help bring out the best of them. I did this through Personal Training.

Exercise has become a big part of my life. From the aesthetic side to the feel good factor it’s something that’s too rewarding to give up. I continue to study books around it and possibly the main area of interest for me is the power of exercise for the mind. It truly is amazing. Doctors could not put in a pill everything that exercise does for you, it really is worth the effort. I talk more on this side of things in my blogs, have a look and see what you think.
